Welcome to Driving Mindset ("Course"), operated by Lobe Education Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our course and platform, which is hosted on Thinkific (https://www.thinkific.com/).
By enrolling in or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Course.
1. Course Access
- Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive access to the Course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
- Access is granted solely to the individual who registered. Sharing login credentials or course content with others is strictly prohibited.
2. Intellectual Property
- All content provided in the Course — including videos, PDFs, text, graphics, audio, and other materials — is the intellectual property of Lobe Education Pty Ltd or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or exploit any course content without our express written permission.
3. Payment & Refunds
- All payments are due at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan is offered.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Course for any unlawful purpose;
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors;
- Upload or transmit any viruses or malicious code;
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course for any violation of these Terms.

- This Course is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results from your participation.
- We make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information presented.
- Your use of the Course and its content is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lobe Education Pty Ltd and Driving Mindset, its Instructors and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or expense (including legal costs) incurred by the Participant arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Course whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will notify you by revising the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Course after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Other
Lobe Education Pty Ltd and Driving Mindset are not registered training organisations.
Lobe Education Pty Ltd and Driving Mindset cannot be held responsible or liable for any type of loss, any type of damages, any type of injuries or any type of faults to any person, business or other entity.
Participants use and interpret the course content at their own risk.
Completion of the Course does not guarantee that you will pass any applicable licensing exam or be issued a driver's licence.
We make no warranties that the Course will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
11. Risk
By enrolling in and participating in this course provided, the Participant acknowledges that driving and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage and death. The Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with participation in the Course.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
